As part of the Wick High School Memory Lane project Mrs Anne Macbeath Depute Rector at Wick High School describes transition from primary to secondary education in the 1960s. In particular she describes transition from P7 to S1 for country pupils. She also describes the structure of the school day in the 1960s.
