The Wick Voices oral history project is 10 years old in 2026. To mark that milestone we have put together this half-hour compilation of short excerpts from the 10 most popular recordings according to listening figures at the present time (May 2026).

This compilation is the 500th recording to be added to the collection and, all being well, many more will follow in the weeks, months and years to come.

Our recordings capture stories and memories from people from all walks of life, from Wick and beyond. We are grateful to everyone who has taken the time to listen, and we especially wish to thank all our interviewees for being so willing to share their experiences and reminiscences.
