Biography

Northshore Pottery, Forse Mill, Latheron is the studio of Ceramic artist Jenny Mackenzie Ross. She studied Fine Art (Sculpture) at Newcastle University in the 1980s, then worked with Studio Potters in the Scottish Highlands before setting up her studio in 1993. Jenny has roots in fine art and pottery and this is reflected in her work.

Although born in a village in Kent, where her parents were GPs, Jenny has Scottish roots and says, "I think I've always been on a journey Northwards.
